Amy supports TCR’s convening and leadership events, advance carbon disclosure initiatives, and provide strategic support to the organization. As the previous Executive Director, Amy has helped navigate TCR’s work as a respected greenhouse-gas reporting organization into a force for climate leadership, collaboration, and action. She strengthened TCR’s technical foundation, expanded programs and partnerships, convenings, and elevated the voice of U.S. states, cities, tribes, businesses, and other subnational leaders in the global climate conversation. Amy holds an M.A. in Environmental Policy in International Relations from Claremont Graduate University and a B.A. in International Affairs from Lewis and Clark College.
