Marta Membreno serves as the Director of Accounting and Operations for The Climate Registry. In this role, Marta has overall responsibility for TCR’s financial reporting, planning, and budgeting; implementation of internal controls systems; and management of the operations, business processes, HR, IT and administration of day-to-day activities.

Prior to joining TCR, she acquired more than 25 years of experience in operations and accounting management for both corporate and non-profit clients. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, A Master in Non-profit Management (MSOL), Certified Management Accountant, Certified Grant writer, and a Professional Certified Coach (ICF). In her spare time, Marta serves on a number of community and human services non-profit boards and does Pro-Bono work for start-up nonprofits.
