Rebecca coordinates various communications to support TCR programs and events. She also provides project management support for special projects and initiatives, and she has played a crucial role in updating GHG protocol documents.

Prior to joining TCR, she served as a CivicSpark AmeriCorps Fellow, where she worked with the California Department of Water Resources on assisting underrepresented communities and Tribal nations with capacity building for water-related issues.

Rebecca was born and raised in Los Angeles. She earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental and sustainability studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
