Ryan manages the operations of TCR’s verification program, including quality assurance of GHG inventories and the development of protocols and guidance. Ryan also provides guidance and technical support to TCR member organizations to develop GHG inventories.

Prior to his role with TCR, Ryan served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member and worked as a Research Management Assistant for the University of Southern California’s METRANS Transportation Consortium. 

Ryan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College and a master’s degree in public policy from USC’s Price School of Public Policy.
