The Climate Registry’s board of directors is pleased to announce that Robert Parkhurst is assuming the role of TCR’s next executive director. Amy Holm, who has 15 years with TCR, the last 7 as executive director, is moving into a senior advisor role.

Robert joined TCR in May as managing director for carbon reporting and disclosure, bringing deep knowledge of GHG inventories and disclosure practices across a wide variety of industries. As TCR moves toward a more hands-on role administering California’s disclosure requirements, he brings the technical grounding our members and the practice need most right now.

Amy remains with TCR to lead our most important convenings, including Climate Week NYC and COP. She continues as the person members and stakeholders turn to collaborative actions and scaling climate solutions.

This transition puts TCR’s strongest people in the roles that fit them best for what comes next: Amy continuing to bring members and stakeholders together, Robert bringing the technical rigor the California work demands.
