With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit finance, Kelley has built a career focused on financial stewardship, internal controls, and efficient operational practices. She brings extensive expertise in contract administration, grant funding oversight, and managing diversified revenue streams, ensuring compliance and accountability across all programs. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, earned a Certificate in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a Certified Nonprofit Accountant.
