Seattle City Light (SCL) is a municipal electric power utility serving almost 420,000 residential meters and almost 51,000 commercial and industrial customers. SCL serves the entire city of Seattle, as well as areas to the north and south of the city. SCL owns generation, distribution, and transmission infrastructure. SCL owns only hydropower generation.
